Audit

An audit is the highest level of assurance service. It entails an in-depth look at your company’s books and records, internal      control systems and financial reporting processes. At the completion of your audit, our firm will issue an opinion on your financial statements based on the results of our audit.

Our audit services are conducted in accordance with generally accepted audit standards and generally accepted government audit standards as promulgated by the American Institute of CPAs.

Review

Lesser in scope than an audit, a review provides limited assurance that your financial statements are fairly stated based on analytical procedures and inquiries applied to your financial statements.

Our review services are conducted in accordance with the AICPA’s Standards for Accounting and Review Services.

Compilation Services

Our compilation services ensure that your financial statements and footnote disclosures are presented in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Client industries include private schools, post-secondary educational institutions, construction contractors, professional services, real estate and not-for-profit organizations.
